Memorial Hospital Opens New Child Care Center - 3/08/06
Memorial Hospital announces the grand opening of the new KidsKare Child Development Center, located at 2050 KidsKare Point. This new facility will provide childcare for the children of Memorial employees, physicians, and volunteers as well as the children of employees from other Colorado Springs city agencies. The center will provide care to children ages six weeks to five-years-old and be open 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays.
The program is staffed by qualified, caring teachers and will offer options for infant care, toddlers and preschool to include a strong academic focus. The center will provide:
- Nutritious Meals
- Summer Day Camp
- Full, Part-time and Walk-in Care
- Full-day Kindergarten (beginning Fall 2006)
- Low Teacher/Child Ratios
